Toasted started in 2020, born from an unexpected partnership that just worked:

Kostas Margaronis, owner of Kostas Greek Bakery & Meat Market in Scarborough, and Mike Feder, a lifelong cannabis enthusiast with deep respect for the plant. Between them, they brought over 80 years of entrepreneurial experience, a gritty work ethic, and a simple promise: if we’re going to do this, we’re going to do it right.

What began as a smart business move quickly evolved into something much more — a mission to grow cannabis with care, consistency, and pride. That mission lives inside every room of our pristine four-room facility, every LED-lit cycle, and every strain that makes its way into your hands.
